Emily Bear

Six year old pianist Emily Bear's accomplishments are inspiring and amazing. She has only been playing the piano for a little over a year and studies classical music with Emilio del Rosario at The Music Institute of Chicago (MIC) and jazz improvisation. Take a listen to a couple of her original compositions - one she performed on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show - and another below practicing at the Coronado Theatre in Rockford, IL. By the way, she told Ellen she wrote the first song in "5 minutes".
