HGTV’s 2010 ‘Dream Home’ Comes To New Mexico

HGTV's next dream home is located at San Pedro Overlook at Campbell Ranch, the upscale gated community along the Turquoise Trail north of Sandia Park, New Mexico.

The 3,900-square-foot a contemporary adobe-style single level home mixes southwestern architecture with modern design. Created with the bold, innovative ideas, architecture, art and design that make HGTV Dream Homes so exciting and unique, the newest home includes hardwood flooring, a state-of-the-art kitchen, designer furnishings, outdoor entertaining space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office, home theater and a guest casita. In addition, the entire house is solar-powered, taking advantage of the abundance of New Mexico sunlight.

The amazing home site is nestled under the gaze of the majestic San Pedro Mountains with breathtaking scenery and myriad outdoor activities. Nearby, the historic towns of Santa Fe and Albuquerque offer an international art scene, amazing cuisine and a rich, multicultural heritage.

Eligibility:

The sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of January 1, 2010.

Start Date:

9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on January 1, 2010

End Date:

5:00 p.m. ET on February 19, 2010

Entry Frequency:

Limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day.

Grand Prize:

The home in Sandia Park, New Mexico , plus home furnishings, merchandise, an automobile, a “HGTV Dream Play Home”, and $500,000 cash.

The home is valued at approximately $1,500,000 (includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, artwork, accessories, and the HGTV Dream Play Home) as of November 2009. The automobile is a 2010 GMC Terrain (ARV: $38,375). Total ARV of Grand Prize is $2,038,375.

Beginning on or about April 22, 2010 you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner either by going to the HGTV Website (www.hgtv.com) or mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: HGTV Dream Home Winner’s List, PO Box 53313, Knoxville, TN 37950. Requests received after May 19, 2010 will not be honored.
