The stains in the bathroom is a real problem and completely deteriorate our decor making the bathroom look as old and little care, usually formed by a vapor condensation on the roof of the shower area, but there are ways to remove them.
The best way to clean it is a drop of diluted hydrochloride (bleach) in a bucket of warm water, then soak a cloth or sponge and carefully on top of a ladder press firmly on the stains.
You should not rub or scrape because doing so would be spreading the fungus and all the moisture rather than remove and clean it properly.
Note that if this problem is very repetitive, it is best to place an exhaust fan in the bathroom to dry steam, and so the spots do not appear constantly. Anyway, if these still appear it's best to check that there are no water pipes that are leaking or broken water.
